TRS Minced Garlic Paste
Garlic Paste is more concentrated than fresh garlic, so you don’t need to use much to get a good amount of flavor. This garlic paste will add any of my recipes (or really, any recipe) calling for garlic. If a recipe calls for garlic cloves, you know what to do. So what if a recipe involves minced garlic? Well, you’ll use an equivalent amount of garlic paste.
Minced Garlic is fresher than garlic powder and features a stronger flavor. Whether you purchase full garlic bulbs and mince them yourself or purchase them pre-minced during a jar, the taste and aroma are going to be more intense than that of garlic powder. In some cases, you may be able to get away with using the ready-made minced garlic.
- Dried Garlic minced made from Fresh white Garlic.
- Minced garlic is finer, around the size of small grains of couscous, or less than 1/16-inches.
- When it involves Indian cooking, having a jar of garlic paste prepared will prevent such a lot of time.
- Forget mincing fresh garlic whenever you create a dish, just whip out your handy dandy jar of garlic paste!
